Create or Edit a Contractor Profile

Important! All contractors who had profiles prior to 9/5/21 have profiles in this system. The PIN assigned is the last 4 digits of the phone number on record (we recommend you change this to your preferred value by accessing your record, changing the PIN and submitting the change.). If you are unable to access your profile or don't know what the PIN is, please click here to send a request for this information. Your request will be responded to as quickly as possible.

If you are a contractor, you can create a profile which will be used when scheduling inspections. Your key will be your email address and PIN. To make changes to an existing profile, enter your email address and PIN, click Get My Profile. You can then make changes to your existing information and submit. To add a new profile, enter information below and click Submit.
